How does Paper 1 differ from Paper 2?
Paper 1 builds the common regulatory foundation. Paper 2 explores securities business regulation in greater depth; overlapping topics do not make the papers interchangeable.
Should I read legislation before practising?
Start with a chapter’s framework and obligations, then attempt its scenarios. Return to the rule after an error to identify the condition or exception you missed.
